I live in Eau Claire, Which is close about 48min east of Minneapolis. Des Moines would probably be a little far for me. I haven't been up to the Twin Cities in a while. They have a few really nice fish only stores, and they bag their fish with I beleive straight oxygen for longer trips. Only takes an hour max to get back so I might try up there in a few weeks. on a car ride pure oxygen is not needed. i drove back to waterloo from st louis with my new silver arowana just pick up a 10 gallon rubbermaid container and fill it 3/4 of the way up with tank water, my aro wasnt breathing heavy after over 8 hours in the back of my jeep.

i think you missed the boat here bud, he knows its either a spotted or a florida, that was never a question. he was more asking whether it was a spotted or a florida. basically the same thing exept where it was collected.
