Heres my old longnose, mine looked just like that one when he was smaller, mine has a tad longer snout

Yeah that is a Longnosed (Obviously a good MI inland lake fish I'm very familiar with those) the Original posters fish is not even close to the same fish...

it is obviously a different species from the one the OP posted.
you said yours has a longer snout,thats why its called a LONGNOSE gar.

mine never looked like the one in the bottom pic eyes to small compared to jaw, my gars head more resembled the 3rd pic with the budy of the last pic

Yeah dude it is a Longnosed gar... I'm not dealing with anymore of this silly arse manure or bothering to argue anything. Your right it must be a Longnosed based on the One you have seen and even pictured...

Or obviously longnose x spotted x BLUE walleye hybrid... I bet it has Sander vitreus glaucus in it as well.. Maybe even Ceolacanth...
