Best way to increase the diameter on an overflow for a bulkhead?

thanks everyone for thier input. I landed up using a 2" flap sanding wheel to do the job, it worked pretty well.

I agree with the Dremmel idea. You aren't taking much material and it doesn't need to be a perfect hole for you to seal. I guess you went with Schedule 80 bulkheads? That's what I should start using. I have a bad habit of over tightening and stripping the damn things.

yea schedule 80 ones, they are so much thicker, hopefully they last forever
