We are monster fish keeper's I'm sure it can be done. Co2 for plans can't you do the same for O2 in some way. It take a half a century for a goonch to reach 6 feet+Goonch catfish get freakin huge with super gnarly teeth! I don't know if you consider it cold water like a sturgeon though, but they're cooler water species that like the temp in the 60s.
