Up in Erie. Slow weekend so far but hoping it'll improve tonight and tomorrow. Going to evening/night fish for channels and bullheads later. This time in going off my boat though and not shore fishing. So does anybody have any tips, advice, good setups or bait that I should know? I don't normally boat fish for cats so this is new to me. Going to try a 3-way worm harness on one rod with a worm as bait, have another 2 rods to use though so what setups would be good on those? I don't think carolina rigs can work for drift fishing can they?

Cut shad or bluegill work the best for us. Under a bobber try keeping it just a couple feet of the bottom.

If you find a tree in the water off the shore car just of the point of that

Fished Pymatuning for the first time in my life on Tuesday. Had a great time and caught 7 channel cats (8-15"), 3 bull bluegills around 8-9", and my first carp of the year measuring in at 24" 6 pounds!
