Most of the problems will not affect the fish's health except the cloudy eyes. there is no way to treat this most of the time. The bump and ulcers will be there forever, but will likely not affect anything but its looks. I, personally, would not buy this fish.

I've treated ammonia burn eyes with water change, temp raise and salt. Owner got the Dat for $0 and not interested in making some money & rather risk losing fish? Owner is either stingy or very experienced in treating sick fish.

This ST looks very bad

I wouldn't go near it even with a bat
The thing is big tigers don't travel that well even when they are healthy before moving them the move to your tank may kill it

Even if you did get it healthy I don't think it will ever go stable again
I could pull any ST I have owned out of the tank kick it around the floor for 5 mins put it back in the tank and it would still be stable the only time I have seen a ST go this unstable is when the are dead or near dead

$500 is way to much for a fish in this condition $100 is worth the risk
