going against common flow you could try another aro. i have had no problems with aros and gars. sturgeons and gars have had no issuses with, but those didn't go well with my endli of the same size. atfs are a no go with them from personal exp.(tank divider didn't hold almost lost a gatf). i just don't know if the gars would leave fronts alone. i wouldn't trust my gars with fronts.
