Fantastic shot. Very sharp and the colors look great. I would try to clone some of the spots out, but other than that it's great. Nice work!

I use paintshop pro, but it's similar in function. I typically use the clone tool for a few dots or the brush tool to cover up a lot of them.

In Photoshop you also have a tool called the Healing Brush Tool. It's way easier than cloning except in areas of the photo where there is a lot of fine detail where I find manually cloning (Clone Stamp) works & looks better.

i second the spot-heal tool. works wonders! Zoom in pretty close, and change the size of it (it looks like a band-aid), and go for it
