Good point. I had 3 and they all jumped out :(.... my fault though, I didn't have my tank covered well enough. But they are definately excellent dither fish. Tinfoils get way too big to be efficient dithers in a decent sized tank.

people also overlook the fact that giant danios can thrive in cooler waters.

i had 2 of them in a goldfish tank for quite a few years, had beautiful shiny coloring, and made a nice contrast to the slow moving, clumsy goldies i had.

I've got them in a 75. I got SDs for my other 75 though, the suicides were pissing me off. I've got it sealed pretty good now though, and I've had 6 left for a while.
