How many Clown Loaches do you have? How big would our pack be?

Well, that's a near perfect Clown Loach but they are social fish so get some more.
+1. At least 5 or 6, and more if the tank space allows.
I would also highly recommend to either rehome the cichlids or setup another tank for them. They do not really get along with loaches in the long run, due to different 'body language'.
No pictures; but i have 10 in my 120 - 3 of them are 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 inches and the other 7 are around 2-3 inches. But fret not in 8 months they will be moved to a 550 gallon aquarium (i hope; or rather they hope). During the day 9 of them are invisible; the 10th has a tail that always stick out of his cave at the front of the aquarium; but as soon as i feed the angels and festium they all rush to the front and swarm everything and everyone.
I have 17 Clown Loaches growing out. Can’t get a picture of them all at the same time though. 
What size aquarium ? Yours are a lot more out-going than mine; mine hide in the underbrush; rush out when i feed them and then shoot back into hiding.
