How to net baby bass in the shallows?

If it's legal, get a flashlight and dip net and go after dark. They just sit there generally. Not sporting or challenging, but you can get what you want and most of the time be selective about what you get.

go to wal-mart and buy a minnow trap and put bread or something in it for bait that is what i use to catch small fish out of my pond
