The strongest bite force ever recorded from an animal came from an 18ft Nile Crocodile at 6000psi. For comparison that is 6 times more powerful then the bite force of a lion and 20 times more powerful than a humans. The point is if a one ton crocodile bit into a full grown 300 pound Komodo dragon chance are it would kill it instantly if not it would be mortally wounded with a broken back or a crushed skull. It is an all around unfair, heavily one sided fight.

Even the Komodo's venom would be of little use as 1. The croc's armor would make any attempted attack pointless, it's practically bullet proof in some areas. And 2. Chance are the croc's immune system could fight it off. I have read about alligators being bitten but full grown cotton mouths and diamondback rattle snakes without absolutely any noticeable affect.

Again, such a fight would never happen. Any monitor lizard can easily outsamrt a croc and simply steal her eggs. Thats a proven fact.

When it comes about bite force, the crocodile does not have the strongest bite force. The currently strongest bite was delivered from Megalodon. The second place is hold from Tyrannosaurus rex. Also a great white has no problem with killing even the largest saltwater crocs.

Another big problem for crocs is their low intelligence level. They are regulary prey for Lions, Tigers and even leopards

Crocodile are considered one of the most intelligent reptiles along with monitors. Both can be taught to do basic commands(videos of such can be seen on YouTube). They've been know to sit and study the habits of their prey and learn when is the best time to setup an ambush and where. That's why when your in crocodile or gator country they recommend to not into a routine for when you go down to the water. Any watching croc will learn when you're coming down to the water and wait for you.

And yes small crocs are easy prey for big cats but most big cats will avoid large adult crocs as they have been know to kill and eat them. Like wise big cats have on occasion killed large crocs. They usually just avoid conflicts or full blown fights. If you ever watch a conflict between a croc and a big cat a lot of it is just a lot of showing off and intimidation.
