Nope I haven't the worse breakage I have had was a heater I was afraid of electrocution.

Yes, I revived one of my diamond gobys after jumping out of his tank for about 2 min.
Yes, I was electrocuted while rigging up my lighting unit.

Well not that extreme, but yes, have had lights fall in tank - suprisingly though, they somehow only electrocuted me... Figures, guess that's why my nick-name is "Murphy"..Murphy's Law.

yes! I told them not to feed and just keep an eye on the fish and came back to find my tank black with algae and uneaten food. Didn't lose any fish though
