Sorry guys! I have been out of town non stop and life is busy... the tank is doing great... the remaining 5 tiger barbs are thriving in there... no one bugs them for what I can see and I'm not too sure the one that died was even killed by one of the cichlids... I ended up finding him behind a rock... no bite Mark's and fins looked fine... not sure what happened tbh!

A buddy of mine had bought a jardini about 7 inches but gets picked on by his oscar and asked if I could take him to grow out in the 210 as he doesnt even have appropriate accommodations for it long term .. figured why not... hes doing good in there too just dont really know how happy I am about taking on more livestock lol

Between the midas and rtm I'm amazed at how well the changes of aggression... change of hierarchy and so on has been handled between the 2... the midas is def the tank boss now and it seems although the rtm isnt happy about it...but he has no choice but to submit lol
Every once and a while you can see despise and hatred in his eyes for his orange brother! This being my first time keeping an amph species I understand how people love them so much... I'm not sure if I've just lucked out so far or if they are usually like this guy but so far he completely ignores the other fish in the tank and at the same time does whatever he likes whenever he likes to... to him it's his tank and he keeps it how he likes it haha

Some bad quality underwater action... sorry I dont know how to use these cameras very well lolol

Keep an eye on that jardini. They can get pretty aggressive, although at that small size your cichlids should be able to keep him in check.
Absolutely! If for whatever reason things start getting even slightly out of hand... the jardini is going to a new home or if buddy has proper accommodations back to his place

Nice. Is that with your phone or a GoPro or something?

If you run out of dithers I might have some giant danios for you in a couple weeks. They are tanks and never stop moving. I am currently using them to raise my bio load in some seasoned media for a new tank set up. Was going to keep them in the loach tank but if they can keep your guys alive that would be sweet ??
I spoke too soon... one of these guys is def killing off the barbs... 2 more down from this morning alone... one I cant fi d.. the other floating on top of water... slot of Mark's on it and a small chunk gone near abdominal fins... so.. either the mota who I suspected at first... or the arowana is now looking to snack on em!
