Head shape looks identical to one of my dels. I would be surprised to hear it was something else.

It is definitely upper jaw. Over bite is obvious

Then it's a del. If you look at its tail and the webbing in between the pectoral fins there is faint pattering a sen wouldn't have.

i was thinking the same thing with with spackling on the tail. also the shape of the tail looks like a del. of course, with selective breeding weird traits may emerge (like platinum.)
