eyes being milky may be a scrape or just an issue of cloudy eyes which tends to be associated with water conditions...doubt they are parasites. the white worms you saw in you tank and sometimes on the body of the fish are not parasites either, but detrivores, etc...and harmless.

what are your water parameters, specifically pH? keep the pH consistent and the fish should clear up of the cloudy eyes. don't move the fish until it's healthy. just keep up with water changes...50% 2x a week until the condition improves...keep temp at 82F and use 1 tbsp of salt per 20g of tankwater. fish should be fine. oh yeah, and pics would help of the current condition--

ive tried pics, nothing shows up. ph is 6.8 and ammonia 0 nitrates 0 nitrites 10ppm
checked this morning
temp is 83 and salt has been added. sometimes the white things on his eyes are bumps (i mean they stick out slightly) what is this?
his eyes were fine untill today(arrrrggghhhh)
i want to get him over to his new tank but im afraid.
oh and the cloudy is very small in the center of his eyes
he has been munching on ghost shrimp all day so his appetite has returned quite abit

try pics again, we may be able to see something you can't. won't hurt to look at the fish. other than that, keep the fish eating, and keep up with the water changes and other measures as suggested in previous post. fish should recover just fine. keep us posted--
