Red Devil laying eggs? is this normal?

I've seen Red Devils that didn't have any males around pair off and both lay eggs and then defend them thinking that they will hatch. Yep, some fish are lesbians if you don't have males around. :screwy:

but yeah its normal. Just trade it in if it ges that annoying. Really my fish just eat their eggs.

I have witnessed this behavior in my own tanks some years ago but the females where at seperate ends of the tank and fought each other but both guarded the eggs as if they where fertilized.
