Yeah I agree with Polyaddict86 and think you should wait just a little longer. Something that will help is to introduce all new polys at the same time, this will help spread aggression so no one fish gets the brunt of it. Also move all decor around so if there are territorial issues, everyone is on fair ground and have a chance.
