Something killed my lima, should I try a Tig?

bought this little cat last weekend for a bill...... it's about 3-4inches.... did some research in MFK and though it was a deal........I'm feeding it cut up MP....i know they grow to be about 24inches.... does anyone know what their growth rate are? What's the best food to fee it?

well quick update. My lima is back from the dead! After a good feeding last night he is doing great this morning. I can't believe he healed the internal injuries he had.

man if i were you, just as precaution i'd remove him, make sure he's stable get him eating, all healed up then return him to his current tank. this way you know he's getting the proper care without any additional stress or compitition!

I say let him stay in the tank. He is comfortable with it and maybe the other fish will know he is a tough one after bouncing back this time and they will leave him alone.
