Ah fair play. he's gotten really dark up top and light at the bottom. He's ridiculously active and ate last night.

Houie has been right from the start IMHO, from the first photos. Just an TSNxRTC. Perhaps with a bit better pattern and definition but even that is debatable.

IDK what they go by in UK, but here they are ~$20 for a 2"-4".

The "tig" thing is misleading, how ever based on intention or ignorance.

I do not see Leiarius pictus but these are poorly known.

He seems to be altering his patterning already as he grows. He actually has gotten bigger in the short time I've had him which is awesome lol. This id my first hybrid so please excuse my ignorance, but is it common for them to alter there patterns as they grow?

Yes. At the face value of your generalized statement, it sounds, again, like a typical TSNxRTC. You can google and see these hybrids of different sizes or visit the PCF, Scotcat, etc. showing these crosses at different ages/sizes.

http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=304 - the last two juvi pics are of my first TSNxRTC.
