Lol, not sure how it will play out there, but here in southern ca it'd
last about 5 seconds. You get pulled over and cited. People can write down your plate, mention what they saw, and a clean air board will contact you. Its happened to me, twice.
If they aren't dealing with smog laws now, they are rocketing themselves towards it, and they suck.(Its not I think there should not be smog laws, that's another can of worms)
This isn't about environmental issues, it's about issues we "can't"
talk about. Unfortunately imho things won't change till we can.
