and for once we finally got good news opposed to bad.. looks like we'll be able to move out anytime we find a house instead of haveing to wait until spring to start =) so we're actually hopeing to move out before fall/winter if we find the right place. actually found a great property w/ a full block basement seperated into 2 rooms... one had a window.. and the water line runs threw it.. other houses the furnace ect.. downside is its def a fixer-upper. But we're thinking about making a bid on it.

Been awhile since I Updated this... I have alot of stuff kinda spread out all over atm.. so I thought this thread would be best to condense all the different fish stuff going on. Since in the Center are the Gar ( yes.. I'm def a "garhead")

- At the end of Dec we bought our first house.. nothing special really other then it's a good sized ranch with a full basement ( that full basement is key to any MFKer!)
- Feb we found out we're going to have another kid, our daughter turnes 2 a bout 2 weeks after this next one is due... so things are pretty crazy in general on a personal level
- We started moving fish not long after we moved into the house ( thankfully we where living with my parenst prior so the tanks got moved AFTER everything else was.)
- Up until about 2 weeks ago now? The 120 was still at my parents house with the fish ( I can't lift heavy things, and hubby hasn't been able to get the help/time off to work out)

Now presently we've condesnsed/moved al the big fish into one 1k gallon ( 10' diamx 30") intex pool in the basement which has freed up 3 tanks ( storage! ) and will allow us to move the aba aba out of the 75 and into the 120 once we can get the tank moved here.

The Pools Current inhabitants are
2xFLG
3xLNG
1xCBG
3xReticulated ray
1x TSN
1x RTCxTSN
1x M. Dayii ( Black spotted leopard eel)

2x TPG will be joining them later tonight

And I'm trying to figure out a "dither" type fish/s to help dissuade the trops in the future.

I will update with Pics ect in the next few days!

the 10/30 pic is the the 3 lngs lol I got then last year mid summer... at about 4" each. now the smallest is pushing 16"+ they are all longer then the FLG though the FLG are 2-3yrs old now.

and by ranch.. I mean ranch style home so a single level =P I would love to own actual property to keep my horse on ( my first love.. and he's an old man now!) But thats hard to find at reasonable prices just outside a major city. We do still have a large lot over 1/2 an acre, one of the reasons I loved the house. a big old birch on the property cinched the deal lol. we got very lucky to get it. my husband comes from a dairy family, and I've always been a tom-boy/outdoors person... This was as close to "city living" as I'de budge!

But I will try and get some LNG pics.. they have been schooling together since introduced to the pond and the FLG kinda come and go joinigng them.. the CBG just does his own thing.. about what I expected but its neat to see them have teh room to actually "School"
