Weird bump on my Florida gar?

i just posted the same exact thing on my thread it went away and came back i keep my water prestine so i guess that what you have to to i just noticed it came back tonite
View attachment 946348even though it went away before and i hope it does again does anybody no exactly what it is? and like your guys gars it does affect him what so ever hes eat swimming great hes more like a sillver are lol he grew up with one i had both them from babys about 3-4 inches and now they are 16-17 inches
