i think oscars are probably one of the most gentle giants out there. i was able to pet mine and almost take em out of the water. second is probably silver aros.

I thought the discussion was gentle in the sense of being around other fish without being a problem......not if you can pet it, but if I am wrong about that then yeah, I vote oscar.
