Nice!! Ive been planing on building one for weeks now. I feel that I have to have a window so I can see my fish from the side. How are your feelings about just being able to see the fish from the top?

I am in the process of doing a lid for it. I have an old picture window in the garage that is going to cover half of it, and i might just use ply wood for the other half.
And yes that is a dat in the picture hes about 6". I might be getting rid of him....who knows.

Will do, the reason i might get rid of him is because i really want my rays to breed and if he is in the way hes gotta go. Now i think there is planty of room so i might keep him. Theres not really any good LFS here anymore, i usually get all my reef stuff from GIRS member, the rays and dat i bought from Jon Rare.
Its gonna be bare bottom, just like it is now. Its just gonna be alot easier to keep clean that way.
