Channa asiatica

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo

I got a video of my Channa asiatica eating a piece of prawn meat! :D

I'm so happy that it took to prawn meat within 5 minutes of it being introduced into its tank.

The food was actually meant for my albino senegalus and my ropefish which are all in the same tank with it.

And this Channa is wild caught, so I wasn't expecting it to be eating dead food at all. :headbang2

From the info I have read and seen, I expect channa to eat anything edible, including people. FRANKENFISH! LOL

damn B, you said they were not cheap, that's really cheap :D

:D

For snakeheads in Singapore, that is one expensive piece...

We have baby tomans in bags of 10/15 and they cost like... 1 USD? :naughty: They are used as feeders, but take some effort to grow them up and they are just as mean.

i wish i could have one :(
