kinakain talaga ang pacu at piranha sa amazon, they are excellent food fish. iniihaw nila yang mga yan! pare yung Serrasalmus naterreri ang tunay na red-bellied piranha. yung Colossoma bidens naman ang red pacu na nasa aquarium mo.

COLOSSOMA = PACU

SERRASALMUS = PIRANHA

kahit ano naman pare pwedeng isama sa pacu, basta lang hindi magkakasya sa bunganga niya
 
You can try to breed Pacu in the Phillipines and get rich...just need a small pond :) too bad they don't like the cold water here in the states or I would breed those ..$3.99/lb at the local fish market..inihaw, very delicious :)

bigyan mo ko ng mga pwedeng ihalo pre.. wla akong maicip kasi e.. ang cichlids ba pwede halo sa pacu? on a 50gal tank?
 
dami pala pinoy's dito. hi 2 all pinoys overseas! :)
 
Pacus won't last long in a 50 gallon tank. They can get up to 30" so if you only have a 50 gallon tank then I suggest keeping it alone since it won't have any room for any other fish.
