How long would your intrest in AROS last?

Have seen many keepers joined and left the world of arowanas the past 4 years. So I was wondering how long we'd be still keeping our aros.

And also where have the aros ended in when their keepers left the hobby.
 
it will last forever, and if ever i have kids, i'll be sure to get them into the hobby too! and if i'd find myself in the states in the future, i think i'd be breaking the law and smuggle some asians in!
 
So far 2 years.

I won't stop until I have an asian.
 
For 16 years I have never been "aro" less. If I had a tank set up, it had an aro in it.
I think they are the coolest fish around. They have great personalities and seem to know who you (the owner) are.
I could not imagine a tank without an aro.:headbang2
 
I wanted one when i first seen them on a doco when i was 10 so 13 years ago, I got one only 6 months ago had him for 4 months then i had to sell it, but i will get another one soon and im sure i will always have at least one typ of arrow all my life.

That's quite a long time. Congrats. Hope I'd be able to keep them that long too. Btw.....how old is your oldest aro? :clap
