since this is new construction, don't even think of not putting the filtration/water changing in the same room, build on a "wet" room behind this monster and it will be 100% easier to service, plus all plumbing is hidden from view and you don't need to listen to the hum of pumps and equipment. put in a sink with RODI some extra tanks and QT tanks and a small window for your convenience. probably be good to do a exhaust fan too. for humidity. If at all possible do a floor drain there too for spills and simple waterchanges. with new construction you want to maximize the potential or kick yourself later for not doing it to begin with.
there are great companies that will come to your location and assemble a beast like this for you in the room so you can have it right accross from your kitchen or whatever you like and not in a garage, or wherever it was convenient.
