you know what..
some people loves their dog too much and they have to sleep in their bed otherwise the owner would not feel good about, some treat their dog like a dog which the owner made it sleep in their yard in their doghouse.
which one will be a better dog?
im sure its not the one who sleep in the owner's bed.
its the same thing in here alot of people carried away with their possesion or their pet, they forget in the first place its a pet and they r not human nor their family.
no i am not talking about a dog who assist you and make your life easier such as the eye seeing dong for blind person.

That's not what I am talking about at all.. a pet is something that you love, and you care for. You aren't going to let your dog choke itself on a chain if it's tied out are you?
This guy is letting his fish bash around on rocks, and potentially hurt themselves.
There is a big difference.
My dogs sleep on the floor, they know the floor is where they belong. No furniture except the pillows that are for them. They know when they get food- and only dog food.
I've had a dog that slept on the bed, on the furniture, ate people food.
And honestly, I can't tell you which was a better dog. Because it's all about the owner, and how it's brought up. Each dog is different. So each can grow up and have different personalities.
It's just like people, and fish.. we are all different. Majority of us are NOT condoning the flopping around. Some of us do. Yes, I know they do this in asian markets and such on a large scale, but most of those tanks only have fish in them. no gravel, no decorations etc... This tank however has some materials in the tank that can seriously cause some damage.
sorry mshill90 i wasnt refers to you post, yes its a bit on extreme side but people seems to label it as a cruelty to animal, which is not what he is doing, if it is the fish would not make it long time ago or in poor conditions unlike his.
Fish in such a low level of water that they are bashing themselves against rocks. You don't think this is cruel?

i think you should always take about 40% of the water every 9 days. what do guys think? to much or to little amount of water
You can't just have a blanket statement regarding WCs. You have yo consider many variables to find the minimum amount of water changed in each individual tank.
