They get big fast LOL:

My big concern is that he will never tame, he was tamer as a baby than he is now and even though I try to interact with him everyday he still snaps, hisses, and tries to bite and though he hasn't gotten me yet I have seen him bite mice in half with a snap so yeah, I don't want to get bit. Starting to think, he might be a 'display" only pet LOL.
 
Yeah, they have stronger jaws then other monitors.
Look at their bigger, more heavy lower jaw and bone structure.
Made for crushing big snails and so on.

Albigularis' are more docile. but much massively. Never tame tho.

Fantastic growth rate, my little guy is still very defensive in the viv but does calm down when out of the vivarium so i dont try to disturb him often.
