So i am bored and i have a extra 10g laying around and figure lets make a cool little 10g tank. So here is a job for all you MFK'ers. haha help me build a cool little tank. its cycled and has a 3 inch busy nose pelco in their because my flowerhorn beat the crap out of it cause it layed eggs... he will be going back into the 120g but what do you guys think i should do... i dont really want a planted. ive been down that road. i have a salt water also so i want a fresh water that is really active and is appealing to the eye! so help and put your input and we can make this a build.... Any input is appreciated:):):):):):):):):)
 
how many you think i could pull off in their. i have a 20g filter and 100w heater... it has gravel but ima go buy a bag of sand tommorrow and put a new look
 
I think you could put 6 or 7 in there because they only get to 1 inch
 
You could probably do a single pair of a small species of apistogramma (south American Cichlid), or a shell dwelling Tqnganyikan Cichlid (African Cichlid) species, or some inverts (shrimp are cool), otocinclus catfish, maybe rasboras or killifish. A 10 gallon doesn't give you a ton of options, I don't recommend keeping schooling fish like tetras in a 10 in smaller numbers, they are active and need more space to swim.
