If you want the indo go and buy it. I'm not sure why T1K wrote the post above and i agree it is a little sarcastic, i'm sure it's not aimed at you though.
As for the fish it is skinny. That means it could have not been fed properly or it's got problems that you don't know about.
Ask the LFS if they can put it in a tank of it's own for a few days and start feeding it, give them a few bucks if they don't have the correct food in stock. It should go for live ghost shrimp, or feeders without problem. I wouldn't recommend the feeders but as a last resort just to get it eating it might be the only way. I doubt they're feedingh it correctly if it's in a tank as you described and is an odd fish they just happened to get in a delivery.
