i would bump the temp up add some salt instead of use that and if you do use any meds i would use quick cure
 
Water in the bag should never be added to the tank. Increase temp and add salt or use the med you bought. Do not add salt and med at the same time. It's one or the other. If you decide to use the med, only do a half dose of what they recommend because cichlas are sensitive to meds. Also remove any carbon and UV from the filter if you use them. Good luck.

I used the med. The water i use from the bag is clean though. i saw the guy put clean water(Of cuz its chlorined). Now the bass just sits now there.
 
I see the blue stain on the bottle so its probably metholene blue. It should do the trick but it may be suffering from more than ick. Give it time. Make sure you got aeration and filtration NO CARBON. Do water change tomorrow.
