Yeah,Sector has some nice pieces but they have become harder to find in the stores.

Overstock has some nice pieces. Do I have weird taste or is this a nice watch?

Personally, I'd suggest anything with Swiss movement. If you don't want to drop money for a Rolex, Tag Heuer, Raymond Weil, I'd suggest a lower-end, but excellent Swiss such as Bulova or Movado or even one of the Japanese movement companies, such as Seiko or Citizen. When it comes to watches, you're seeking accuracy in keeping time, durability and aesthetics. The Swiss deliver all 3 and the Japanese are also a hard act to follow. None of these designer watches by Guess or Armani are not going to hold up. They will stop working or the color will fade away.

See I don't know much about the movement types. So quartz is no good? EDIT, I guess quartz is anything battery powered, and within that you have the better Swiss and Japan quartz movements right?

You have weird taste LOL j/k ...on a black metal bracelet, scratches usually are easier to spot.

When given the choice the automatic (mechanical) movement is the way to go . Some quartz movements are better then others but at some point during their life spam they will all need repairs adjustments . There is a reason why ( for the same model) a watch with mechanical movement will cost twice as much (see Movados and Omegas that come with either quartz or mechanical movement).
