Seriously? I hanen't kept Os in 20 years and don't remember them to be that aggressive, but better safe than sorry.
3 oscars in 125g?

IMO a 125g tank is much too small for three Oscar.
Also, tank size aside, when housing a trio of Oscar it's very, very, common that two will pair up and bully the odd O out. Sometimes this bullying can be fatal for the odd O out. O's can be quite aggressive.
I'm not even touching that last post saying to stock 5 O and an Aro in a 125g....

2 Oscars should be fine in a 125g, but 3 will be a crowd. As soon as a pair is formed they will most likely be relentless with the third. As long as you have enough filtration though, 125g will be just fine though.
On a side note, a 125g or even a 150g is definently too small for an arowana.

The size issue notwithstanding... and imo, it is a bit of an issue... if you put in some juvie oscars in a tank together, odds are they will grow up fine, no aggression towards each other, so long as they have the space.
But if you have an oscar or two in a tank for a while, then try to add another, the odds are heavy that the new addition will get killed. You'd be surprised at how fast one oscar can scale another oscar. Of course, as is the case with this hobby... sometimes it'll work. I just personally wouldn't risk it, unless I had a backup plan for the oscar getting the beat down.

DOing a 50% water change evry week will help keep the ammonia down.............I do not know your filtration setup but adding two Aqua Clear 101's to the tank will also help..........A wet/dry filter help improve the biological filtration too.....Build yourself a DIY wet/dry filter.................
From a bioload perspective, it's possible with lots of filtration and water changes.
It's just as possible that they'll all get along...as the two existing ones will beat on the new addition...or that one of the existing ones will pair up with the new one and beat on the other one.
Either way, I'd move things around, do a water change and perhaps add a divider for the new addition. And have a standby tank just in case things go south...

BUT like the rest of the people with the 'odd fish out' scenario, this will happen. Maybe not now, maybe not next week, maybe not on a few months, but it WILL happen...
I had 2 O's that I got when they were babies and they were buddy buddy for about a year, inseperable! Then one day I came home to 2 badly injured fish...mouths about falling off... Like a light switch they now LOATH each other! I separated them with a plastic divider and they STILL went after each other moving the divider out of place many times. Only by separating them in *different* tanks do they now tolerate each other. They can see one another, but now and again they will attack the glass trying to attack one another again...

From a bioload perspective, as long as the fish fit in the tank and you have a constant influx of fresh water to match to bioload, you can technically do it. If you set up an automatic water change system, and did a 100% water change a day, I'm sure you could house 10 oscars in a 125 BIO LOAD wise. The question really comes down whether you SHOULD, as far as the fish having space and being able to display natural behavior in a tank, not just bumping into each other all day.
