WOW Wendy's actually cares about their customers!!

So I am a pretty big fat ass and I decided I wanted one of those large triple baconator meals and a frosty for dinner tonight...lol long story short, I got it home and the food sucked so I sent feedback on their website and not sooner than five minutes after sending it did I get an email from the regional manager for the Wendy's I went to apologizing up and down and saying she sent me $100 in free food coupons in the mail, I can hear my arteries clogging now....SCORE!!....hahaha I didn't even think people read those things, so If you had Wendy's and it sucked let them know and they will make things right...hahahah

I started to think about it more and now I really don't know if they really do care about there customers or they are just trying to give me a full blown heart attack!!...hahaha
 
It'd be nice if the crummy KFC around here had such a policy.Gotta be the worst fast food joint ever......all they do is chicken and they can't even get that right.

That has to be a chain wide KFC thing. I don't think the people at the KFC near me even know what a chicken is let alone how to cook one...lol
 
Dude Wendy's kicks ass, especially their 99 cent value menu. Bomb ass spicy nuggets. But then again I work out every other day and numerous people have told me im buff (I dont agree though), my dad is natually stocky so I think its genes
 
I like Wendys. I was on the road driving straight (on my way to Wendys as my cuz wanted food) I was approaching the spot where I would turn so I started to slow down and turn my blinker on, well the guy behind me wanted to pass the guy next to me in the middle lane so he was going to pass him in my lane - did not bother to pay attention to my blinker or brake lights sped up, slammed into me - spun me out and then took off >_< (damage was bad but we were ok). The people at Wendys saw the entire thing asked if we were ok and said to come inside and wait for the cops (they were looking for the guy) and we can pick whatever we want to eat - no limits, for free. I thought it was nice of them to do that.

You never hear companies doing things like that anymore. When I was a manager at Papa Gino's I was told to "Give the customer lip service until they go away and if they wont tell them to leave the store" if they are dissatisfied because corporate will just ignore their complaints.

I am wicked buff too man, I passed right over the 6 pack abs right on to the keg!!!...hahaha I did comedown to 290lbs from 480lbs though so I am taking a eat all sorts of junk break...lol
 
Interesting. I'm about to boycott Wendy's myself. They keep raising the prices and changing stuff...doesn't taste the same anymore. Classic triples are like $7 now and double stacks used to be $1 (twice) and now they're friggin' $1.50. Used to be able to "double the beef" for $1 so I used to get double doubles, lol. I can barely get a triple down anymore. Even though I've gained about 40 pounds since my last quad :(
