This p.o.s. almost got me for 25 I filed with paypal right away and called them they put a hold on the money and will fully refund next week.
 
wow this is something else. i contacted him on one of his early threads. i had a feeling something was a miss when he said he was in new jersey and that i could not pick up the fish, he only would ship them.

Thats good to know they are now covering outside of E-bay then... since i've seen members on certain sneaker websites loose hundreds of dollars at a time in the past...
 
thanks for discussing this and keeping the thread civil. i've banned this new username and will be checking frequently for any other re reg's and multiple ip's have been used.

inter-state E commerce fraud being as money was moved from many states. pay pal will prosecute him if you used that method.

That is what paypal said they are going to go after him to. I did a google search of his name and he scammed people on a couple of other websites to. After talking to the local police here and his town they had me file with the FBI at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
