Absolutely. Find out where he's stationed and let the MPs know...

I was almost scammed by someone on here (real name Kenneth Nutall). I spoke with the police in Indianola, Mississippi (where he lives) several times. They said that they knew him and talked to him about the situation. Saw him on here and another site trying to pull the same stuff.

So very true. Ask Scott Olsen. As far as getting your money back if you file a civil claim against him and win the army will dock his pay and pay you with it before he ever gets a chance to see it. He needs to be drummed out of the Army for that kind of bs behavior.

I can assure you that the MP would love to hear about his extra curicular activities if he is indeed in the army.

MP's love the bust person of this character and have the ability to make his life less than desireable.

Doesn't matter; it's still worth reporting to them. He could very well take a big hit to his military pay or something as a result; they get paid for a certain period of time after being discharged if I recall correctly. If he was doing this while on active duty, then he's even more screwed than if he just did this after being discharged.
 
this guy also has been trying to scam on p-fury and goes under johnalla as well as discusdave, he's been using the name Dave Torres, watch out!
