How about 3 spotted gars or florida gars. I wasn't into them in the past, but just saw a friend's setup recently with them and it blew me away.

get a pair of dovii OR umbee if you want big aggressive fish.. idk if they can be beat haha

What about some Cichla kelberi , I've heard they tend to stay on the smaller side. 18-20", so it might work for a 180.
