What if it's up against glass?
One of my guys decided the 55 gallon tank was in the way so he emptied it. I didn't realize he had emptied it for a few hours, which gives the vinyl time to clear up. It did appear somewhat cloudy, but I can't say definitively. But judging by the fact that it clouded up when pressed against plexiglass on the small tank, I assume the same would be true with glass and acrylic.
I think it is time to abandon the thought of containing the vinyl aquarium in a nice rigid box. I feel good about the other models though. I can't wait for my plumbing die is finished, so I can plumb up some remote tanks.
