help!!blackout in south central LA.

im struggling w/t my tanks.. no power for the pass 6hr and i had running 1=200g 1=180g 1=160g and 1=90g and i call the water and power dep. and thy said is going to take like 24hr or so.. and im geting kind of desperate.. any usefull comment would help!!! thx...:(
 
Go to a Honda dealership, Home Depot, or Costco ASAP and buy a gas generator or check Craigslist.If you don't have the funds... go get one of those plugs for the car and run extension cords to the filter and alternate the tanks being plugged in.

this is exactly why sponge filters come in handy. you can run them off battery operated air pumps in an emergency. keeps beneficial bacteria in the tank and also keeps it aerated.
 
Battery pump is your cheapest option.
 
thx to all of you guy's for the help..!! and should i do a some % of water change?? cuz is going to take me like 2hr more for me to get me a generator?
 
And feel free to do a lot of frequent water changes!!
 
yes!!! i just rented the bigest generator from the home depot.. i guess this is going to save my day well what is left. i got it for $90.00 bucks for 24hr.. is a 7500watts.. i think this would do!!!
