Most threads I make are usually about the color and growth rate of my cichlids. I'm sorry you don't like it, but because "Post a new Thread" is there I'm pretty sure I'm aloud to make a thread .

Can anyone post pics of adult males of each of the different Dovii. I am interested in growing out a potential pair, but I want to see the differences in the two

Of course your allowed. I never said I didn't like it and I dont have/never will have a member on ignore. Just that your suggesting that in bold, red text that someone should look something up when we get hourly updates from your usernames stock that aren't researched. Lets not derail the OP's thread though, so back on topic.

I am talking to "Larry" a different member and we agree on dovii colors.. P. dovii are my favorite fish, especially the blue ones. Larry has good taste too, since he likes the blue ones.. look them up they are beautiful

i like a combo of both. I prefer the female Costa Rican over the blue. For awhile there i was more into the Costa Rican male Dovii too but i love the blues too much. Rapps just sold some Lake Arenal Dovii that are very nice Blues from Costa Rica and the male i have is turning out very nice and sporting awesome colors. the only thing about the Nic's i dont care for is the silvery/white base color.

Freshwaterpredators, just curious why do you like the Costa Rican blue female over the blue? If I am correct you ar saying the for the male Dovii you like the blue, but for the female you like the Costa Rican... Can someone post a picture of a female Costa Rican and perhaps a female blue?

Ive had the standard Nicaraguan (blue) & Costa Rican (green) and they both had their own beauty, but Ive never seen a pair, in pictures anyways, that I like more than Eds (flowerpower) Lake Heredia Costa Rican pair.
