Ahh, that's what that is. I was going to say, clean your glass! lol
Couple questions..
1. How do your clowns get along since you have more than 2?
I just picked up a 40 gal reef stocked with the regular clown and the black and white and koran angel. The tank had about 80 or so pounds of live rock and had been established for two years. It also had the coralife skimmer as well. I traded a standard 55 gal with ac 70, complete set up including stand for it. We traded straight across. The guy wanted to go back to cichlids... anyway the reason I explain that is because I just added the two clowns. I only had the misbar before. I was planning on turning in the reg clown and just keeping the mis bar and black and white but thought I'd give this a try. I'm building a stand for my 240 atm and if the fight too much I'll trade one in when I'm making the swap to the larger tank. Planning on doing the same with the angel.
2. What is the yellow thing? Is that an anemone?
The yellow thing on the bottom right is a yellow sabae anemone. Some have spectulated that it is dyed in another forum, however, I have seen many online and a few in other pet stores looking like this...
3. Have you been feeding the yellow thing and the long tentacle plate? Those plates are generally pretty tough to keep and the tips on yours are a bit deflated. If you haven't been feeding it, I would feed it pretty much anything once a week or so. My plate eats piles of pellets.
I feed my condalyctis, yellow sabae, heliofungia, and rose fresh market shrimp from foods co every two weeks. Each gets a half a shrimp. Should I bump it up to once a week? Also, I took these shots immediately after tearing the whole tank apart and rescaping it with the new rock. Unfortunately, I have not seen my yellow coris wrasse since I did this and am afraid he may have been trapped since he burrows...
All in all it looks good. I like the rockwork, open with some depth to it. Very nice.
