So it's basically trial and error and making small adjustments until you get it right. Haha as long as I have some beer and music while I spend hours trying to get it right i'll have no problems.. You just have to make it fun and not stress out about it being a pain in the A**..

With external inline pumps in a drilled system there's nothing to dial in unless you use under size plumping. My lil' giant's been runnin' wide open on my 210 for over a year, last stage of the sump is the overflow - it only needs to catch 5-10 gals max w/ the outlet flex piping right under the surface of the water.
Ok, thanks. Yeah it has over flows in both back corners. The holes looked to be about 1 1/2"-2" in diameter. I could be wrong though.. I only looked at it for a couple of minutes and now I am awaiting him to clean it and then deliver it..
I finally got the 185 and the sump.. Just figured I would share the pics.. I wont be setting it up until I get back to the states in 17 months..
That's going to be a great aquarium once you get it going; it's too bad that you have to wait that long, though.
