Some of these places don't even allow their tenants to have a car that is past a certain age.
 
Sounds as if you are covered by the documents regarding your rental situation and it is up them to prove their claim that you are running some sort of business.

Exactly what I'm thinking. I just need to prolong this until I can GTFO

Not their business what you do they need proof and if it wasn't states on your lease agreement or what have you they will loose 100% don't worry go to the.meeting.or court date with.your chin up bring a copy of your lease do not mention how many tanks you have nor if you sell.or trade the judge will laugh about.this. now.unless they bring it up that you are raising.to sell just say you don't do that they need proof. Relax its nothing

Associations are crazy. they tell you want color house,roof,fence,deck, and then you pay them lol. I do tree work and we work for some. pp come out of there house all the time what are you doing thats my tree don't cut it down. Then we have to explain its the associations tree and they have no say. you would think the (ass)ociation would let these pp know. anyway gl. fight it

Go over your lease agreement very carefully. As a landlord myself I can say that there are grey areas in any lease agreement. Those grey areas tend to go in the tenants favor if issues arise. There is no way to evict someone from there home on suspicion alone. However, if there are any concerns regarding payment of rent on time, or any violation -no matter how small- to the lease agreement that the landlord can find if he goes looking, this could set you up to be evicted for other reasons.

CYA and triple check everything. Have you recieved any type of offical notification of intent to evict, or has he only communicated via word of mouth?
