I think we should submit formal letters to Animal Planet to start a show for true aquarium enthusiasts. Probably won't do any good at all, but it seems like there's enough interest for one. How many of us watch "River Monsters" and "Tanked"? How about a bad ass "Tanked Monsters" show. Any takers?

I'd be all for that. I've done almost nothing today besides watch animal planet. Ive had a brutal 6 days so I think I earned it but this show is the worst show on that station. I decided to clean a tank while Tanked was on.
Why don't you guys go complain about the show on 1 of the 5 other threads on this show.
Yes the show is fake and they kill a lot of fish but I'm getting kind of tired of seeing a new thread on this stupid show every other day with the same comments in each thread.

Watched it earlier, and honestly the pinball tank is by far their stupidest idea yet.
The show is so formulaic its almost unbearable.
While talking to the clients one comes up with a ridiculous idea, the other guy complains about the practicality and cost
Random staged drama
Something goes wrong
More staged drama
One guy pisses off his wife
More staged drama
Fly out to hand pick salt water fish
Something almost or does go wrong with the tank
They unvail the tank and the customer gives generic positive staged response even though the tank is probably gaudy as hell

i was thinking this after i saw a commercial for a new show called fish tank kings? on nat geo may 12? i got a weird look.. and had to explaine my giggles..... but at least another show is goign to try competeing. ill give it a shot.. cant be worse can it? *knocks on wood*
The last thing we need is for NGW to start competing with Animal Planet. Then we'll have lost ALL good animal shows.
