Looks like it. Some similarities to the Lago Peten strain of melanurus, but I'm sure it's not too fancy.

I thought it looked male, but I've only ever had one black-belt. If you really want it I could go check it out for you, I've got an empty 29 gallon I could toss it in for a couple days.

And the last guy is a melanurus, pretty much the same thing as synspilum these days.

Is that near Chris too? Thinking about getting his 75 gallon. I have Tuesday off too.

My first guess was Melanurus. Wasn't sure whether they are the same species as Synspilus, always thought they were different species until recently was told otherwise by several people. Are they the same or two separate species.

Silverton is not near Eugene. It would be about an hour out of your way if you're going to Eugene, as you'd have to head east off of I-5 for a bit. I on the other hand live 5 min off I-5.

If anyone from the Eugene area is able to pick up Melanurus from Bob and has plans in the near future to come up north soon. Can I offer $20 gas on top of the purchase fee for delivery up to Portland (Wet Spot). The gentleman does not drive. Thanks
