I offered to pick it up for you. I was busy replacing the timing belt on my car when you were texting me, I would have preferred a call or just straight up ask me if you want me to pick it up instead of chit-chatting.

Text 1 - hey dude

Text 2 - That black belt guy emailed me back

Text 3 - He's around tonight after 6

I responded back that I was busy and had work that evening until 9, but could go over and check it out or pick it up Tuesday after 7. Never heard back.

Sorry if that offended you somehow. The offer still stands, I have tomorrow off.
 
Those details are between you and Chris. I wasn't fully aware. Was just helping him out as it's cramping in his studio apartment. You were informed and asked to commit.
 
Totally understand where your coming from, but to me, if I have to haul my toddler south for 2+ hours and bring it back another 2+. Figured I make the most of it if the tank is available as stated by Chris. He said you're not getting it. Did not know that you were displeased until laters. I don't need it, or do I have to have it, or do I want to piss somebody off? No, No, No. It was just aiding to Chris's efforts for getting the fish.

As for text, you and I don't communicate that much anymore anyways. Guess we are both too busy and no time for MFK as before, :].
 
Jamie, your attitude and demeanor is not pleasant. Sorry I inconvenienced you with a TEXT MESSAGE while you were SO busy. If it's a hassle then straight up don't offer. I don't need favors from you.

Sam, obviously you aren't grasping the concept here. Not going to explain it again. You should have gone about it differently--I certainly wouldn't have done it like that if the tables were turned.

I'm not going to go back and forth on this anymore. As far as I'm concerned you can both lose my number. Discussion over on my end.

Goodness. Really Jeff? Not sure what to say besides that. Why don't you post up that text I sent you that caused this whole flip out. I would but I don't save my sent texts. The gist of it was "Do you want me to pick the fish up, check it out, or just chitchat. I've got work tonight until 9 but could go tomorrow after 7".

Sorry for trying to help out and set-up a tank, drive on my dime a half hour to pick up a fish for you to save you some drive time. I wish I was free at the drop of a hat but I have a job, full time school at OSU, and was underneath my car, black to my elbows and wanted to get done texting. It was a hassle because I had to get out from under the car, go inside, wash my hands, and then take out my phone and see what the text was about. If that isn't a hassle I'm not sure what is.
