If anyone from the Eugene area is able to pick up fish from Bob and has plans in the near future to come up north soon. Can I offer $20 gas on top of the purchase fee for delivery up to Portland (Wet Spot). Thanks

Well this is all conditional and dependent on Jeff but I could pick up the fish and when he comes down he could bring it up Portland. Again thats up to Jeff though.

Also if you reading this Jeff I pm'd you. Also Jeff if you diffidently gonna get it I will take down the ads and hold it for you.

I will go ahead and text the guy to see if its still there. I would take it myself but its gonna be a month before I get my 125g down here it wouldn't be right to keep it in a partitioned 55g. I could hold the Melanurus in the 75g in the meantime.

if you switch dog food brands will it mess up their insides like a dog.If i switch my dogs food he gets sick so he only eats one kind maybe the same for these fish

Jamie, don't OFFER to do something for me and then give me attitude when I text you about it. What have I ever done to you? Stick up for you on these forums, go out of my way to get you fish on a group order, invite you in to my home, make sure you got your refund when there was something wrong with your order? And I don't recall you ever thanking me once.

Sam, you want to go behind my back and swoop Chris's 75 gallon? Fine. I did the same thing for you as I did for Jamie on the group order and I don't think I've ever charged you for ANYTHING I have given you when you've come over to my place. That's a shady move when I've posted on this thread and Chris's thread that I was interested in it... and you don't even shoot me a text about it. I have to hear it from Chris?

My primary was the retrieval of the fish. As for the tank, it has been offered to you and never gave Chris a straight answer. If he wants to sell me the tank, it is up to him. No one went behind anybody's back. It's just a fish tank. I can pick up a local tank anytime at this deal and SO CAN YOU. I think it is something else going on. But you made this public. To add as a remedy, the tank was even offered as a pick up at a local pdx location, but you still said no. Not sure what the problem is, but Chris has stated time and time again that he needs to get rid of the tank. I was just helping him out as the fish has always been my main objective. If you still want to just drag it on and make him hold without a straight answer. Than who is the one being unfair. He was 100% honest with you immediately rather than just saying a local person bought it and that it is no longer available, etc... I even took the necessary step to pick up two argentea for him as a courtesy for picking up the melanurus. As for the tank, it is up to him. He still does have a Eugene for sale ad out. I really do not want to get in the middle of this, as all I want is the fish, stated again I know.....

At no time was the tank "offered at a local PDX location." I offered to meet in the Albany area and Chris couldn't do it because of transportation issues.
If you were going down to the area to pick up that fish you could have offered to pick it up for me or at the very least shot me a text saying you wanted the tank and I would have been fine with it. There was no communication from you at all, I had to find out from Chris you were picking it up while I was trying to find a way down there--the same reason I didn't give him a 100% answer that I would take it, because I know he needs to get rid of it ASAP.
The principal here is just giving a "friend" the heads up on the situation.
Enjoy the tank. As far as I'm concerned it's got bad karma attached to it now for me. I'm glad he found someone to take it--Chris has never been anything but good to me.
